Your privacy matters to us. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information THE NEST, managed by AH collects when you use THE NEST, why we collect it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and the choices and rights you have. It applies to the website at https://www.tnt024.com and to our web and mobile applications (together, the "Platform"). In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean THE NEST. Please read it together with our Terms & Conditions.
In plain words
- We collect what we need to run the marketplace: your account details, your orders, your delivery details, and how you use the Platform.
- We share your name, mobile number and delivery address with the seller and the delivery people only so that your order can be delivered. They are not shown publicly.
- We do not sell your personal data.
- Sign-in, payments, e-mail, maps and AI features work with the help of service providers. They may only use your data to provide their service to us.
- You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or stop marketing messages, at any time. We aim to answer within 30 days.
- We use cookies that the site needs to work (sign-in, basket, security) and to remember your preferences.
- We protect your data with reasonable security measures, but no online service is perfectly secure.
This summary is only to help you understand the document. The full text below is what applies.
1. Who we are and what this policy covers
The organisation responsible for your personal information on the Platform is THE NEST, managed by AH. Our address is Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan. You can contact us through support@tnt024.com or our Contact us page.
This policy covers buyers, sellers, visitors, and anyone who contacts us. It does not cover other websites or services that the Platform may link to, which have their own policies.

- Orders and payments
- The items you order, prices, delivery charges, the payment method you choose, bank transfer or Raast payment references and confirmation status, and any refund, return or exchange request. - Small files and browser storage described in section 8.
- Location
- An approximate location from your IP address. We use a precise location only if you pick it on the map or allow your device to share it.
- Order tracking checks
- When someone uses the order tracking page, we record failed attempts together with a scrambled (hashed) form of the IP address, so that we can stop people from guessing order numbers. See section 5.
Information from others
We may receive information about deliveries from sellers and couriers, about payments from banks and payment providers, about your sign-in from Google, and about you from other users, for example in a review or a complaint. We may also receive information from the authorities where the law requires.
Sensitive information
We do not ask you for sensitive information such as health, religion or political views. Please do not include it in messages or other Content. Sellers must provide identity documents so that we can verify them. We keep those documents more strictly, as described in section 11.
3. How we use your information, and our reasons
| Purpose | What we do | Our reason |
|---|---|---|
| Provide the marketplace | Create and manage your account, show listings, run your basket and checkout, and let you track orders. | To carry out our agreement with you |
| Process orders and payments | Send order details to sellers, confirm bank and Raast payments, arrange delivery, and handle returns and refunds. | To carry out our agreement with you; to meet legal duties |
| Verify and protect | Check seller identity, spot fake accounts and suspicious orders, and hold risky payments for checking. | Our legitimate interest in preventing fraud; legal duties |
| Support and disputes | Answer questions, handle complaints, and help resolve disputes between buyers and sellers. | To carry out our agreement; our legitimate interests |
| Security and reliability | Monitor for abuse, limit failed attempts, keep security logs, and fix errors. | Our legitimate interest in keeping the Platform safe |
| Improve the Platform | Understand how it is used, test new features, and develop our tools, including AI features. | Our legitimate interest in improving our services |
| Personalise | Remember your preferences and show relevant products and information. | Our legitimate interests; your consent where required |
| Messages to you | Send order updates and security alerts. Send marketing only according to your choices. | To carry out our agreement; your consent for marketing |

Where we rely on your consent, for example for marketing messages or optional location, you can withdraw it at any time. Where we use automated checks to spot fraud, you can ask for a person to review the result.
4. Who we share your information with
- Sellers, and the couriers they use. Your name, delivery address, mobile number and order details, only so that your order can be prepared and delivered. Sellers act independently, as explained in section 15.
- Delivery partners. Couriers and delivery services receive what they need to deliver the parcel and to contact you.
- Banks and payment providers. Information needed to confirm payments, make refunds, and pay sellers.
- Service providers. Companies that help us run the Platform, such as hosting, e-mail and message delivery, mapping and location, security, and customer support tools. They may use your information only to provide their service to us.
- Google, if you choose to sign in with Google.
- AI service providers, for the AI features described in section 6.
- Authorities and advisers. Courts, regulators, law enforcement and the authorities, where the law requires or allows it, and our lawyers, auditors and professional advisers.
- A new owner. If the business is merged, sold or reorganised, your information may pass to the new owner, who must keep protecting it.
- With your consent, or when you ask us to share it.
We do not sell your personal data to anyone. Your mobile number, e-mail address and delivery address are not shown publicly on the Platform. Some information is public by design, such as a seller's store details, and the name you use on a review.
5. Order tracking and identity checks
You can follow your orders in your account. Our public order tracking page lets someone who is not signed in see an order only after they enter the order number together with the mobile number or e-mail used at checkout. The proof is kept in their own browser session for a short time. A visitor who passes this check sees the order status, steps, item names and total, but not the delivery address, mobile number, e-mail or item prices. We limit the number of wrong attempts, and we record failed attempts with a hashed IP address, for a few days, to prevent guessing and abuse.
6. AI features
- Some features use artificial intelligence, for example tools that help sellers create listings from photos and text, and assistants that answer questions.
- To produce a result, the text and images you submit to these features are sent to AI service providers who work for us. We ask them to use the information only to provide the service to us.
- We may keep chat messages and AI requests in our records, to give you support, keep the Platform safe, and improve our services.
- Please do not enter passwords, payment card details, identity document numbers or other sensitive information into AI features.
- AI output can be wrong. Please check it before you rely on it.
7. Location and maps
When you choose a delivery address on the map, we save the address and its map coordinates with your order. We use them to work out delivery charges and to help the seller or courier reach you. The seller and courier can see the address of the order they are delivering. We estimate an approximate location from your IP address for security and to show relevant information. We read your device's precise location only if you allow it in your browser or device, and you can turn this off there at any time.
| Type | What it is for | Can you refuse it? |
|---|---|---|
| Necessary | Keeping you signed in, remembering your basket, and protecting forms and sessions against attacks. | No. The Platform cannot work without them. |
| Preferences | Remembering your language, your light or dark theme, and notices that you have dismissed. | Yes. Some settings will reset each visit. |
| Measurement | If we use them, to learn which pages are used so that we can improve the Platform. | Yes. Where the law requires, we will ask for your consent first. |
A fuller list of what we set today is in our Cookie Policy. Your browser may also keep small pieces of information (local storage) for features such as remembering that you have seen a notice. You can block or delete cookies and local storage in your browser settings, but parts of the Platform may then stop working. If we start to use advertising cookies from third parties, we will update this policy first and ask for your consent where required.
9. Marketing and notifications
We send service messages about your account, orders, security and our policies. They are needed to run your account. We send marketing messages, such as offers and news, only as the law allows, and you can opt out at any time by using the link in the message, by changing your account settings, or by contacting us. If you opt out of marketing, we will still send service messages.
10. How long we keep your information
| Information | How long we keep it |
|---|---|
| Account details | While your account is open, and afterwards for a reasonable time to deal with disputes and legal claims. |
| Orders, invoices and payment records | For the period that Pakistani tax and accounting laws require. |
| Seller verification documents | While the seller account is open, and afterwards as long as needed for fraud prevention and legal duties. |
| Support messages and chats | As long as needed to deal with the matter and to improve our service, then deleted or anonymised. |
| Security logs and failed order-tracking attempts | Only as long as needed to spot abuse. Failed tracking attempts are kept for a few days. |
| Marketing preferences | Until you change them, so that we respect your choice. |
| Backups | Until they are replaced in the normal backup cycle. |
When the time is over, we delete the information or make it anonymous, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
11. How we protect your information
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, such as encrypted connections, access controls, limits on who can see sensitive documents, protection against common web attacks, and monitoring for misuse. No online service is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security. Please choose a strong password, do not share your login or one-time codes, and tell us immediately if you think your account has been misused. If a security incident affects your personal information, we will tell the people affected and the authorities as the law requires.
12. Processing outside Pakistan
Some of our service providers, such as AI, e-mail, hosting or sign-in providers, may process information on servers outside Pakistan. When this happens, we take steps to make sure your information stays protected, for example by choosing reputable providers and requiring them to use it only for our purposes and to keep it secure. By using the Platform, you understand that your information may be handled in this way.
13. Your choices and rights
Subject to the law, you may ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy;
- correct information that is wrong or incomplete;
- delete your information, or close your account;
- limit or stop some uses of your information, including marketing;
- withdraw a consent you gave, without affecting what was done before; and
- ask for a person to review an automated fraud decision about you.
How to ask. Contact us through support@tnt024.com or our Contact us page and say it is a privacy request. We may need to check your identity first, so that nobody else can get your data. We usually do not charge for this. We aim to answer within 30 days. We may keep some information where the law requires it, for example order and tax records, or where we need it to deal with a dispute or a fraud. If we cannot do what you ask, we will explain why. If you are not satisfied, please tell us first so we can put it right. You may also complain to any authority that is competent to deal with the matter.
14. Children
The Platform is meant for people who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone below that age. If you think a child has given us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
15. Sellers and the information they receive
To deliver your order, the seller receives your name, delivery address, mobile number and order details. Sellers are independent businesses. They must use this information only to fulfil your order and for the records the law requires, must keep it secure, and must not use it for marketing unless you have agreed, or share it. A seller who misuses buyer information may be suspended. A seller's own business details, such as the store name and the products it sells, are visible to buyers.
16. Links to other websites
The Platform may contain links to other websites, such as social media pages or courier tracking pages. We do not control them and are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please read their policies.
17. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy, for example when we add features or when the law changes. The version number and dates at the top show which version applies, and the document history lists earlier versions. For a material change that affects how we use your information, we will give at least 14 days' notice by e-mail, in your account or on the Platform, unless the change must take effect sooner for legal or security reasons.
18. Contact us
For questions about this policy, or to make a privacy request, please use support@tnt024.com or our Contact us page.
